3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund if the issue is confirmed.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our support team.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
